Jeff Buckley, Screamin' Jay Hawkins, and The Wire

Ooglie Booglie. I never noticed before that the late (and terrific) Jeff Buckley bore a striking resemblance to Ziggy Sobotka (James Ransone) from Season 2 of The Wire.
